This site is dedicated to promoting artist blacksmiths and the art of blacksmithing internationally. Here you can find the work of members of the Association, some from overseas; you can find a blacksmith in your area; you can join the organisation as a blacksmith, an amateur or an enthusiast, or (provided you live outside Great Britain) you can just subscribe to the magazine we publish. If you want to learn blacksmithing, you can discover full- and part-time training courses. Blacksmiths Journal

The Blacksmith’s Journal is published monthly. Fully illustrated with step-by-step instructions and shop drawings, the Blacksmith's Journal will show you how to use techniques, make tools, produce architectural and decorative elements, as well as take you through projects from start to finish. Design and layout ideas give you the inspiration for the creative use of these blacksmithing techniques. Each page is purely informational; no newsy chatter, no announcements, and no advertising mixed into the pages.

Metal Artist Forum

The Metal Artist Forum is a place where both new and accomplished artists can share their knowledge and be inspired. MAF is a Forum for all types of Metalwork and Finishes. MAF is a place where new artists can feel comfortable to post their work and receive comments from experienced artists. Offers a permanent member's gallery showing a large selection of contemporary metal art.

ABANA

ABANA is a non-profit organization directed by a Board of 15 members who serve voluntarily as officers and on committees. The resolutions by the Board determine the services to be provided within an annual budget. The operations and publications staff of ABANA deliver services as contractors.
